Controller & Processor = The Institution

  1. Collection and purpose of processing of your data

C.D.A. COACHING CENTRE LTD (The “Institution”) and the authorized and appropriately trained for the processing of data employees, associates or agents of the institution may collect, process, store, your data which have been provided, or shall be provided in the future to the institution by yourselves or have been obtained by third parties such as agents or have been furnished during your studies or from the services you obtain from the institution. The purposes for which the data are kept/ processed are the following:

  1. To safe keep the students register,
  2. For communication purposes
  3. For advertising purposes
  4. Furnishing the Ministry of Education and Culture as well as the Migration Department with the necessary information for the purposes of Right of Entry regarding the International Students (M58 form)

This process may include collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of your personal data that you accept for the institution to keep.

  1. Recipients of your data

The recipients of your data may be the supervisory authority of the Institution / the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Migration Department.

  1. Time frame for which your personal data are retained by the Institution

Your personal data may be retained and processed as described above for the period of time that you are considered as a student of the institution and/or according to the obligations of the institution deriving from the relevant legislation and/or for 5 Years following your graduation and/or after the completion of the services provided by the institution to you. Your personal data will then be destroyed / erased from our systems.

  1. Your rights regarding the processing of your personal data

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data as retained by the Institution, as well as the right to restrict any or any part of the processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability where appropriate.

For these purposes you can address a relevant request to the controller who is obliged to make this information available to you within a period of 1 month from the day he receives your request, with a right of a 2-month extension.

As the processing of your data is based on your given consent for the above mentioned specific purposes, you further have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the controller, without however affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.        It is understood that the said withdrawal will only be applicable where the processing of the data is not prescribed by law or the practices of the institution.

You also have the right to be informed by the controller of a personal data breach, where is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, within 72 hours from the moment they become aware of the breach and in any case without undue delay.

Any information regarding yourself, shall not be disclosed to third parties other than the above mentioned, except with your prior consent or in accordance with any Law or court order.
