We believe that with the right support you can change your life in the way you desire. CDA College provides support and assistance to students for any issues that may arise throughout their student life. It also helps them to define, set, and ultimately achieve both personal, as well as, academic goals.

Counselling is a brief process (8 to 10 sessions) aiming at finding solutions to problems that may concern you, in an empathetic and unconditionally beneficial framework. Do you feel like you have lost your identity? Are you overly frustrated? Do you feel that you are in a dead end? Are you sad throughout the day? Have you stopped being interested in activities that you were enjoying before? The role of a psychologist is to help people identify and understand the difficulties they encounter, in a supportive, rather than critical way, as well as to adapt more productive ways for dealing with such difficulties.

Counselling can be provided on topics such as:

– Exam stress
– Strong concern
– Feeling of worthlessness
– Adaptation to student life
– Problems with classmates, friends, family, partner
– Decreased performance
– Lack of interest
– Physical manifestations with psychological causes
– Isolation problems
