This academic program seeks to prepare students for leadership roles in profit and nonprofit organizations in the global competitive business environment. The MBA Master in Business Administration consists of twelve (12) courses and requires a minimum of 90 ECTS credits to graduate, there are no other in-between titles and the passing mark is 60%. This academic program seeks to prepare students for leadership roles in profit and nonprofit organizations in the global competitive business environment.

  1. To provide international management education to its participants that enables them to become effective general managers anywhere in today’s global competitive environment.
  2. To develop the ability of participants to operate effectively in a multicultural environment and to adapt quickly to the changing social, political, legal and economic and environmental conditions.
  3. To present a program that is highly integrated in context, general in nature, and practical, as opposed to working only from a theoretical approach.

More specifically the aims of the MBA Program are to provide students with:

  • Graduate level of business education focusing on both theories and research from a holistic business point of view through the core requirements
  • Necessary skills, attitudes and approach to guide their decisions as business executives
  • The ability to concentrate in contemporary business and strategic issues.
  • The ability to handle today’s problems/challenges and prospects for business organizations operating in a competitive world
  • An emphasis on European and International business perspectives.
  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree, from any nationally accredited four-year English language taught program or
  • Three-year programs from UK universities or, its equivalent.
  • Both Bachelor of Science (BSc or BS) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees are acceptable
  • Priority will be given to applicants who have at least 1 year of full-time work experience.
  • Evidence of proficiency in the English language such as: TOEFL or IELTS or GCE or equivalent, unless they hold a degree from an English speaking institution
  • Two references from academics or people who are involved in the business industry.
  • Applicants will be invited for a personal interview to assess their contribution potential to the Program.

A system of continuous (course work) which is 50% and final Exams which is 50% and the Passing mark is 60%, as follows:

  • During the semester, the instructor evaluates the students through a) Course Work which consists of: Tests, assignments, individual or group project, mid-term exams and / or other tests. The average of the scores is the continuous assessment score.
  • The final examination is carried out at the end of the semester.
  • The Passing mark is: 60%
